Acupoint Qichong (ST30) and Xialiao (BL34) for impotency

Qichong (ST30) and Xialiao (BL34) are known as the Sacral Points, and they are an essential pair of points for male dysfunction treatment. These points are located in the sacrum, at the base of the spine, directly above the tailbone. These are useful points for treating impotency, sexual reproductive problems, sacral pain, lumbago and lower back pain. In order to stimulate these points lie down on the floor with your knees bent and feet placed flat on the floor. Lift your pelvis a little and place your hands under the pelvis on top of each other with palms facing down and then lower your pelvis on your hands. Now, move your knees from side to side for 1 minute to massage these pressure points.
