Why does reflexology work with infertility?

Fertility reflexology does not cure fertility or conception problems, it treats people with in a holistic way by helping to reduce stress and provide relaxation.

1. It Rebalances Your Body
Reflexology may help prepare your body for conception by ‘kick starting’ the body’s endocrine system and balance hormones to help boost ovulation. I’ll work areas relating to reproduction and the nervous system to create the best ecology to help achieve a viable pregnancy. My aim is to support couples on their fertile journey; offering reflexology as a relaxing holistic therapy for you during this stressful time.

2. It’s Total Relaxation
As a holistic therapist I can 100% say that it is the most relaxing and most powerful treatment I provide. You might feel calmer, generally happier, more in control or all three of these (the opposite to PMT!). I believe this is due to the way reflexology rebalances the hormones within your system. Anyone who has regular reflexology treatments and then stops very quickly realises how much more relaxed they felt having the treatments.

3. You Take Control
Acknowledging that you’re ready for a baby, you’ll feel it’s time to take positive steps in fulfilling this incredible dream. You’ll send a signal to yourself that you’re taking control rather than waiting for doctor’s appointments/tests or assessments in a passive role in your own health.
