Tingling is a pins and needle like sensation anywhere on the body. May also be termed paresthesia. Can experience when elbow is bumped (funny bone), or even from frostbite. On its own, unlikely significant but may be part of nerve pathology from a variety of mechanisms.

Home Remedy for Tingling
1) Water
One of the most potent natural remedies for burning feet and legs is to immerse them in a tub of cool water. The water should not be ice cold, though you can place a few ice cubes in room-temperature water to cool it somewhat. For a more lasting remedy, soak your feet in a water and vinegar solution at least two times every day.

2) Hot Pepper Poultice
A poultice made with hot peppers can help provide relief from tingling and burning feet. Take a dozen red chili peppers and heat them over a high flame. Crush the peppers, place them in a soft, thin, clean cloth and bundle them up to form a poultice. Place this on the burning area of your feet and legs. The heat of the peppers reduces your foot pain more safely than an oral drug would, without side effects.

3) Proper Footwear
If you are prone to tingling and burning feet, always wear clean, dry cotton socks. Socks that wick moisture away from your feet can help prevent your burning feet symptoms. Change your socks every eight hours during the day.

Comfortable shoes are a must for relief from burning feet. Change your shoes often and buy only leather or cloth footwear. You need a curved, flat or slightly curved insole if the curve of your inner arch is high, flat or in-between, respectively. Buy shoes that fit your specific arch type well and provide sufficient support to your feet as you go about to your daily work. When you buy new shoes, limit your movement in them for the first few days to let your feet get used to them.

4) Dietary Remedies
Avoid sugar and sugar-rich foods, alcohol and tobacco. Diets rich in vitamin B complex and niacin have helped some people ease their tingling and burning feet. Eat foods such as green leafy vegetables, beans, peas, nuts, milk and eggs to add these nutrients to your diet.
