Most often this is caused by renal colic renal stones. As long as the stones are immobile, the patient remains asymptomatic or have nonspecific low back pain occasionally. When a kidney stone is mobilized and irritate the ureter appears renal colic with progressive colicky pain in the lumbar region or flanks. Pain may radiate to the external genitals and inner thigh before – insert deep in ureteral calculi. Also, pain can occur due to vibrations, large amount of fluid intake, diuretic treatment, or for no apparent reason. Duration varies from several minutes to several hours and can be repeated if not remove the cause. Waist pain has been associated with renal colic.
