[Location] Localized in the supine  position, on the hypogastrium and on the anterior median line, 2.5 cun below the umbilicus. ( Fig.95 )
 
[Regional Anatomy] Skin→subcutaneous tissue→Linea alba abdominis→endoabdominal fascia→fat out of abdominal wall→parietal peritoneum. Superficial layer, the distribution of anterior cutaneous branch of the twelfth rami anteriores nervorum thoracalium and the branches or the subordiantial ramus of superficial epigastric artery and vein; deep layer, the branches of the twelfth rami anteriores nervorum thoracalium.
