Location:
The acupoint is posterior and inferior to the shoulder joint. When the arm is adducted, the acupoint is located 1 cun above the posterior end of the axillary fold (see Fig. 34).

Indications:
Chronic tonsillitis, nasal polyp, tennis elbow, pain in the scapular region, inability to raise shoulder, numbness of the upper limbs, tinnitus and deafness.
