Chinese Cupping therapy helps relieve Rheumatic arthritis

It is included in "arthralgia-syndrome"in TCM. It is mainly caused by the pathogenic factors retain on the meridians, the muscles and joints are blocked by qi and blood which due to the defensive qi fails to consolidate the skin, and the body fails to expel the invading wind, cold, dampness or heat pathogens in time.

Location cupped and methods:
Acupoints selected: Dazhui, Jianwaishu, Shenshu (BL23), Jianzhen (SI 9), Tianzhong, Geshu, Ganshu, Pishu (BL20), Sanjiaoxue, Shenshu, Zhishi, Guanyuan, Quze (PC3), Tianjing, Quchi, Shousanli, Guanwai, Yangxi, Yangchi, Weizhong, Chengshan, Kunlun, Xuehai, Liangqiu, Qiyan, Yanglingquan, Sanyingjiao.

Methods:
1) cupping cup: you should adopt cupping or cupping of air pump after flash of fire to cup the following acupoints: Dazhui, Shenshu (BL23), Geshu and pathological sites of upper waist and upper limb joint (selecting Jianwaishu, Jianzhen, Tianzhong of shoulder joint; selecting Quchi, Quze, Tianjing, Shousanli of elbow joint; and selecting Yangchi, Waiguan, Yangxi of wrist joint); Pishu, Sanjiaoshu, Zhishi, Shenshu and pathological sites of lower waist and upper limb joint ( selecting Xuehai, Qiyan, Liangqiu, Yanglingquan, Weizhong of knee joint; selecting Sanyingjiao, Chenshan, Kunlun of ankle joint).

2) Acucupping: after disinfection of the acupoints of Dazhui, Ganshu, Shenshu, Guanyuan, Qiyan, Yanglingquan, Kunlun and the pain spots pressed (A’shi acupoints), you should prick them with acupuncture needles, and then adopt cupping after flash of fire.
