Mustard seed, Semen Sinapis 12g
Outer layers of bamboo shoots 4

PROCESS: Have the sheep liver washed clean and cut into four cubes; have the mustard seeds roasted dark and ground into fine powder; scatter the powder over the sheep liver cubes; wrap up the cubes with the outer layers of the bamboo shoots; then, steam them in a food steamer.
DIRECTIONS: They are to be taken in two separate doses in a day.
