Lily bulb, Bulbus Lilii, 15g
Water chestnut, Bulbus Heleocharis Tuberosae, 30g
Crystal sugar, 15g
Pear, Malun Piri, 1 or 2

PROCESS: Steam all the ingredients together.
DIRECTIONS: The pear, water chestnut, lily bulb and juice are to be taken together. This recipe is applicable to Chronic Bronchitis of phlegm-heat type.
