Some seasonings:
Yellow rice or millet wine
Fresh ginger, Rhizoma Zingiberis Recens
Table salt
Gourmet powder
Soy sauce
Sesame oil, Oleum Sesami

PROCESS: Wash the scales dean, boil them in water for 2 to 4 hours and strain the dregs out; then season them with the wine, fresh ginger, table salt and gourmet powder. They will become glue overnight.
