Condition analysis:
Condyloma acuminata is viral infection caused by virus HPV. You need to consult doctor again to make sure if you are having fungal infection or not, because Tab. Flucos and loceryl cream are anti-fungal drugs.

Condyloma acuminata do not need anti-fungal drugs. You can continue Podowart which destroys genital wart tissue. Even in case of associated fungal infection, you cannot use two creams together. You can skip loceryl on the day of Podowart application.

If you do not get cured with podowart alone, there are other drugs called Trichloroacetic acid. It has to be applied by doctor in his clinic.

Still if symptoms persist, other options like cryotherapy, electrocautery are available options. In case if still your condition remains same then only laser is used or surgical excision will be treatment.

So make sure you do not have fungal infection. Do not take unnecessary anti-fungal drugs.

Even if you have fungal infection with condyloma; do not apply loceryl and podowart simultaneously.

I hope I have answered your query. In case of doubt, I shall be happy to help you.
Best regards,

Instructions:
1. Garlic
Because of its antiviral properties, garlic is considered as a feasible treatment for the genital warts. The treatment regime of garlic may include raw garlic or garlic in capsulated form. Crush raw garlic. Then, apply it on the affected part and wrap with a bandage for a day or two. You can also consume garlic in capsulated form. This is a natural treatment to get rid of genital warts.

2. Onion
Put sliced onions on the genital warts and cover with a bandage or gauze. The onion props up the blood flow in the body. You can also use onion juice. For this, sprinkle some salt on the onion slices and leave them overnight. Extract the juice in the morning. Apply the extracted juice on the genital warts. Onion works as an anti-microbial agent and salt works as an antiseptic.

3. Vitamin E Oil or Castor Oil
Vitamin E oil or castor oil can also be applied on genital warts to get rid of HPV infection.
For best results, rub the affected part of genitalia with Vitamin E oil and then, cover it with crushed garlic.
