Condition analysis:
Treatment includes medicines to ease pain and inflammation, break up clots and keep new clots from forming. Keeping the affected area raised and applying moist heat can also help. If you are taking a long car or plane trip, take a break, walk or stretch your legs and drink plenty of liquids.

Instructions:
Wear Elastic Stockings: If you sit for long amounts of time, or if you are planning on traveling, then the best natural remedy is wearing elastic stockings. Elastic stockings help to keep your veins from getting too inflamed as well as making sure your blood doesn’t go anywhere where it’s not supposed to. Unfortunately, some elastic stockings can be expensive, but it’s well worth the cost.
