Sore throat, excess kidney-fire, tonsillitis due to yin deficiency.
Ingredients
Shu Di 90 g,
Radix Morindae Officinalis (Bajitian) 30 g,
Poria (Fuling) 15 g,
Liriope graminifoia (Maidong) 30 g,
Fructus Schisandrae (Wuweizi) 6 g.
Explanation
Mai Dong: Nourishing Yin of the lung and stomach and clearing fire of deficiency type.
Shu Di: Nourishing the kidney and replenishing essence.
Fu Ling: Inducing diuresis and strengthening the spleen.
Wu Wei Zi: Astringing the lung to relieve cough.
Ba Ji Tian: Tonifying kidney yang and dispelling wind-damp.
Administration
Decoct in water for oral dose to be taken twice.
