1. Kidney and Adrenal reflex points

3. Bladder reflex
The urinary bladder is a pear-shaped muscular sac; located above and behind the pubic bone. The bladder stores urine as well as allows occasional and voluntary urination.

How to do reflexology therapy for the bladder? Using the thumb; walk from the bladder reflex spread outwards (30 degrees apart gap), like bicycle spokes. Repeat five times. Patients with cystitis contain crystals in this reflex. Apply pressure on the bladder reflex; help to disperse these crystals. Need to drink more water for safe flush out of these crystals. 

4. Urethra reflex point
The urethra is a tube to expel urine from the urinary bladder. In males, the urethra works as a passage for cells and secretions from various reproductive organs.

How to do reflexology therapy for the urethra? Using the thumb, walk from bladder reflexes until reaching the heel bone center. Repeat three times.
