Cupping Therapy 
(1) Acupoints selected: The bladder meridian on the both sides, Zusanli (ST 36), Yanglingquan and Taixi (KI3).
As the acupoints which are corresponding to the organs are located on the bladder meridian, so stimulating this point is helpful to regulate the yin and yang and balance the symptoms of th high blood pressure. Apply moderate vaseline on the effected part after the sterilization and then take cupping on the bladder meridian with fire-flashing method. Push the cup along the first line of the bladder meridian until the red blood stasises are got. Scrape off the vaseline after removing the cup.

Cupping on the Zusanli (ST 36) is helpful to tonify the spleen and cupping on the stomach is helpful to promote the digestion of the food. So the high blood pressure can be treated by taking it. After the sterilization, cupping on the points with fire-flashing method and keep the cup in place for 10-15 minutes. Take it 1-2 times a day and the fuchsia blood stasis would be got in particular parts.
 
The point of Yanglingquan belongs to the gallbladder meridian and cupping on it is helpful to promote the gallbladder and soothe the liver. So it can treat the high blood pressure. After the sterilization, cupping on the points with fire-flashing method and keep the cup in place for 10-15 minutes. Take it 1-2 times a day and the fuchsia blood stasis would be got in particular parts.
 
Cupping on the point of Taixi (KI3) is helpful to nourish the kidney yin and suppress  yang. So it can treat the high blood pressure. After the sterilization, cupping on the points with fire-flashing method and keep the cup in place for 10-15 minutes. Take it 1-2 times a day and the fuchsia blood stasis would be got in particular parts.

(2) Acupoints selected
Group one, Dazhui, Ganshu (BL 18), Xinshu (BL15), Lingtai, Pishu (BL20), Shenshuxue;
Group two, inside circulation line of cystis and seventh cervical vertebra to the sacroiliac of DU meridian. Quchi (LI 11), Zusanli or sanyinjiaoxue

Methods:
You should use a triangle-edged needle or dermal needle stick into each acupiont before covering cups on the acuptions for 10-15 minutes, and only take one group of acupoint by means of venesected cupping, leave the cup for ten to fifteen minutes. Caution that you do it once a group every other day.

Otherwise, you could take the second group of acupoints. First, you should put lubricant on the patiet’s back and move the cups on the skin until it appears purple. Then you should cup on the acuptions of Quchi (LI 11), Zusanli (ST 36) or Sanyinjiao for ten to fifteen minutes. Caution that you should do it once a day or once every other day.
