Bladder meridian descends at Feiyang (BL 58) acupoint which is at lateral side of gastrocnemius and passes between tendo calcaneus and fibula then goes posterior side of lateral malleolus, it passes along lateral side of foot to lateral aspect of little toe.

Yang heel vessel
Distribution lines of yang heel vessel: Yang heel vessel diverges from Shenmai acupoint which is at bladder meridian and ascends along bladder meridian then runs upward directly at Fuyang (BL59) acupoint and passes lateral aspects of knee joint and thigh to anterior side of hip joint; it ascends to Juliao acupoint and crosses gallbladder meridian.

Yang link vessel
Distribution lines of yang link vessel: yang link vessel diverges from Jinmen (BL63) acupoint which is at bladder meridian and ascends to gallbladder meridian then crosses gallbladder meridian at Yangguan (GV 3) acupoint. It runs obliquely backward at 1/3 of thigh and intersects yang heel vessel then ascends upward along posterior border of hip joint.
