1.  The patient should take a good rest, and avoid standing over a long time. What is particularly helpful to the recovery of the disease is that the patient should lie in bed an hour after meal.

2. The food should be those easy to be digested. The patient should not eat too much each meal. It is beneficial for the patient to eat less at each meal but to take more numbers of meal. For the patient with a severe gastroptosis, the "stomach supporter" can be used to correct the location of the stomach.
