1) Gruel of Dandelion
Ingredients: Dandelion 60g, honeysuckle 30g, polished round-grained rice 50-100g.
Process: Decoct the dandelion and honeysuckle water to get the juice by removing the dregs. Add the clean polished round-grained and cook for gruel. Take it twice a day when it is warm.
2) Gruel of Couchgrass Root and Dandelion
Ingredients: White couchgrass root 60g, dandelion 60g, honeysuckle 30g, polished round-grained rice 50-100g.
Process: First decoct the white couchgrass, dandelion and honeysuckle to get the juice by removing the dregs. Then add the polished round-grained and cook for gruel. Take it at will.
3) Corn stigma Tea
Ingredients: Corn stigma 30g, dandelion 30g, oriental wormwood 30g.
Process: Add the water to 1000 ml and decoct the corn stigma, dandelion and oriental wormwood for 30 minutes; and then remove the dregs and add moderate white sugar for warm-taken. 4) Ginger and Orange Peel Tea
Ingredients: 6-10 pieces of ginger, orange peel 10g, ventriculi galli mucosa 10g.
Process: Decoct the ingredients in moderate water for about 20 minutes. Add a little white sugar and take as a drink. People can take it often.
5) Stewed Loach with Bean Curd
Ingredients: Loach 500g, bean curd 250g.
Process: Stew the loach with the salt, yellow rice wine and moderate water to meridian, and then add the bean curd and go on cooking utill it is done.
