1) Recipe of Goat's Blood and Panax Notoginseng (Shanyangxue Sanqimo Fang)
INGREDIENTS
Goat's Blood, 50g
Radix Notoginseng (Sanqi), 10g
Millet wine, right amount
PROCESS: Grind the goat’s blood and Radix Notoginseng (Sanqi) into thin powder, infuse 0.3g of the powder with millet wine for oral administration, twice a day.
Efficiency: To promot blood circulation and remove blood stasis, diminish swelling and relieve pain.
2) Monthly Rose and Campsis Grandiflora Gruel (Yueji Lingxiao Zhou)
INGREDIENTS
Monthly Rose, 5g
Flowers Carthami, 5g
Millet wine, 100ml
PROCESS: Put Monthly Rose and Campsis Grandiflora with millet wine in a cup, then steam it in the boiling water for 20 minutes, take 30g warm as a drink, once a day. Indicated for traumatic injury.
3) Stew Pork with Radix Achyranthis Bidentatae (Niuxi) (Niuxi Dun Zhurou)
INGREDIENTS
Radix Achyranthis Bidentatae (Niuxi), 100g
Lean pork (cut into cubes), 200g
Crystal sugar, 50g
PROCESS: Decoct Radix Achyranthis Bidentatae in the water for 30 minutes, filter it and take 500ml decoction, stew the lean pork cubes with the decoction until the pork is thoroughly cooked, add the crystal sugar until it is dissolved, take it with rice or bread.
Efficiency: To tonify kidney and strong the waist.
4) Four Flower Tea:
Infuse 1g Chinese rose flower, Flos rosae rugosae, Chinese trumpet creeper, sweet-scented osmanthus and right amount of brown sugar with boiling water in a thermos cup, then cover the teacup lid for 5 minutes, take it as a drink. Indicated for traumatic injury.
