Large intestine meridian of hand-yangming: large intestine meridian is the regular meridian. It starts from radial side of index finger and runs upward along anterior border of lateral upper limbs then passes shoulder joint to cervical spine and descends to supraclavicular fossa. Entering into chest it is distributed over lung and runs downward then passes diaphragm and is distributed over large intestine.

Divergent collateral of large intestine meridian hand-yangming: it diverges from large intestine meridian at Jianyu acupoint and enters into thoracic cavity from cervical vertebrae then is distributed over lung. Running downward, it passes through diaphragm and is distributed over large intestine.

Lung meridian of hand-taiyin: it starts from middle energizer and runs downward then is distributed over large intestine. Running upward it passes Cardia of stomach and through diaphragm then is distributed over lung, branch is distributed over heart.

Divergent collateral of lung meridian of hand-taiyin: it diverges from lung meridian which is before armpit and runs upward then enters into chest and is distributed over lung. Running downward it passes through diaphragm and is distributed over large intestine.

Small intestine meridian of hand-taiyang: small intestine meridian is the regular meridian which is distributed over small intestine. It starts from ulnar side of little finger and ascends along ulnar side of upper limbs to posterior aspect of shoulder joint then curves around scapular region and runs forward on shoulder. Entering into supraclavicular fossa, it is distributed over heart and descends from diaphragm to stomach then is distributed over small intestine.

Divergent collateral of small intestine meridian of hand-taiyang: it is behind shoulder joint and diverges from small intestine meridian then runs downward. Entering into chest at armpit it is distributed over heart and runs downward then is distributed over small intestine.

Heart meridian of hand-shaoyin: it starts from heart and runs downward then passes through diaphragm and is distributed over small intestine. It diverges from heart to lung.

Collateral of spleen meridian of foot-taiyin: it starts from Gongsun acupoint which is at spleen meridian and ascends along medial side of lower limbs then enters into abdomen at abdominal thigh and is distributed over large intestine, small intestine and stomach.

From the above 8 meridian and collateral lines, there are 2 meridian vessels, 3 collaterals and divergent collaterals which are distributed over large intestine and they form direct gangway between large intestine and viscera and bowels of spleen and stomach. There are 2 meridian vessels, 1collateral and 1divergent collateral, they form direct gangway between small intestine and viscera and bowels of heart, spleen and stomach. Besides, stomach meridian is associated with small intestine meridian and large intestine meridian direct in meridian and collateral lines.
