Fig. 80 is connection diagram of 47 meridians and collaterals routes which include twelve meridian vessels, twelve divergent collaterals, fifteen collaterals and eight extra meridians. This diagram does not include crossing points of meridians and collaterals. Blue lines are yang meridians and yang collaterals and red lines are yin meridians and yin collaterals. stands acceptor site, arrow stands positions of reaching and connection and stands branching portion. Junctures of thick red lines are head, junctures of red and blue are hands and feet and junctures of blue lines are splanchnocoele. This diagram does not stand routes that reach viscera and other organs, routes that are distributed over viscera and other organs expresses by junctures of non meridians. In order to reduce superposition of routes, meridians and collaterals that have two routes in abdomen and body surface are expresses in one route. Conception vessel and governor vessel are distributed over yin-yang meridians and collaterals in form of circulation routes. Governor vessel is drawn in range of yang meridians and yang collaterals and its collateral is appeared in bladder meridian region.

Conception vessel is drawn in range of yin meridians and collaterals and its collateral is appeared in spleen meridian region. Association ranges of heel vessels and link vessels are drawn according to acupoints which heel vessels and link vessels are distributed in A-B Classic of Acupuncture and Moxibustion. Thoroughfare vessel is yin meridian and connects with conception vessel at starting and ending positions, so it floats along conception vessel in yin meridians and yin collaterals. Belt vessel is associated with vessels of lower limbs; solid lines are meridians and collaterals of lower limbs and arrowheads are starting and ending positions of the second lumbar vertebrae. Fig.80 appears whole picture of association between 47 meridians and collaterals routes, the main contents are illustrated as follow:

Association in internal and external between yin-yang meridians and collaterals:
Connection of meridians in yin-yang and internal and external relation are on hands and feet, connection between yang meridians are on head, connection between yin meridians are in viscera, three connections are main junctures of twelve meridians and form fifty rounds of circulation of qi and blood.

Fifteen collaterals diverge two branches mostly; the first branch connects with meridian in internal and external and becomes important connection auxiliary circuit of meridians in yin-yang and internal and external relation. There is no first branch in triple energizer meridian and collateral of pericardium meridian and they do not associate their meridians in internal and external relation, the second branch associates other positions. Bladder meridian has no second branch.

Expect liver meridian which diverges from foot, other divergent collaterals diverge from main meridians which are above knee joint in twelve divergent collaterals. Distribution modes of yin-yang divergent collaterals are different, divergent collaterals of yin meridian diverge from limbs and links with meridians in internal and external relation, this is called "combination". Linking of six divergent collaterals of yin meridians are called "six combinations" and forms routes of compounding in parallel or feedback circuit of two meridians in yin-yang and internal and external relation then composes 6 cells of yin-yang meridians. Among them there are 3 divergent collaterals of yin meridians that connect with meridians in internal and external relation second time and appear regularity in diagram, they appear divergent collateral of yin meridians every other cell. This function of distribution is unknown. Divergent collaterals of yang meridians diverge from main meridian which is at limbs and connect with main meridian on head then become route of compounding in parallel of main meridian and do not associate meridians in internal and external relation.

Association between yin and yang meridians:
Associations between yin meridians include connection of lung meridian and liver meridian, spleen meridian and heart meridian, kidney meridian and pericardium meridian. Yin link vessel plays association role in yin meridian; it starts from kidney meridian and crosses spleen meridian, liver meridian and conception vessel. Associations between yang meridians include connection of large intestine meridian and stomach meridian, small intestine meridian and bladder meridian, triple energizer meridian and gallbladder meridian. Association routes of meridians and collaterals include yang heel vessel and yang link vessel, arising from bladder meridian they associate 4 meridians separately. Branch of triple energizer meridian associates stomach meridian and its divergent collateral associates large intestine meridian, branch of large intestine meridian associates stomach meridian. Association routes of yang meridians are 5 more than yin meridians.

Route association between meridians and collaterals:
There are only records of association between meridians and meridians and association between meridians and collaterals but not association between collaterals and collaterals in meridians and collaterals.

Association of governor vessel, belt vessel and divergent collateral of kidney meridian:
Belt vessel has two arrowheads in bladder meridian region where is the second lumbar vertebra and divergent collateral of kidney meridian comes out from here then pertains to belt vessel and associates governor vessel.

Fig.58 and Fig.59 show that yin meridians and collaterals and yang meridians and collaterals lay particular emphasis on their distribution. Yin meridians and yin collaterals lay particular emphasis on association between five viscera and five viscera but yang meridians and yang collaterals lay particular emphasis on association between six bowels and meridian vessels.
