Pericardium meridian ascends from Tianchi acupoint to armpit then descends medial side of upper limbs and passes elbow joint, wrist joint and centre of the palm then along medial aspect of middle finger to finger tip. Branch stem runs obliquely from centre of the finger along ring finger to finger tip.

Crossing meridians and collaterals of pericardium meridian of hand-jueyin:
Pericardium meridian crosses gallbladder meridian at Tianchi acupoint and connects with triple energizer meridian at Guanchong (TE 1) acupoint which is at ring finger.

Origination acupoints of pericardium meridian of hand-jueyin:
Tianchi (PC1), Tianquan, Quze, Jianshi, Neiguan, Daling, Laogong, Zhongchong.
