[Location] Localized in the erect sitting position and with arm holddown unforcedly. In the region of the scapula, in the center of the supra scapular fossa, directly above SI11 (Tianzong), in the depression when the arm is lifted. (Fig.27)
 
[Regional Anatomy] Skin→subcutaneous tissue→trapezius→supraspinatus. Superficial layer, the cutaneous branches of the posterior branches of the second thoracic nerves and the arteries and veins along with them; deep layer, the branches of the suprascapulat nerve, and the branches or the subordiantial ramus of the suprascpular artery and vein.
