[Location] Localized with the loose fist. When a loose fist is made, the point is on the ulnar aspect of the palm, proximal to the fifth metacarpophalangeal joint, at the end of the transverse crease of the palm, at the junction of the red and white skin. ( Fig.24 )
 
[Regional Anatomy] Skin→subcutaneous tissue→abductor digiti minimi→flexor digiti minimi brevis. Superficial layer, the dorsal branch and the palmar branch of the ulnar nerve; deep layer, the little finger palmar digital proprial artery, vein and nerve.
