Fried Duck with Walnut for Tonifying the Kidney

INGREDIENTS
Walnut kernel, Semen Juglandis   200g
Water chestnut, Bulbus Heleocharis Tuberosae   150g
Old duck   1
Minced chicken   100g
Minced rape, scallion, fresh ginger, salt, egg white, cooking wine, corn flour paste, gourmet powder and peatnut oil       right amount each

PROCESS: Have the duck killed, remove its feathers, cut open its belly to remove its internal organs, wash it clean and then, quick-boil it in boiling water; put it in a basin, add a bit of scallion, fresh ginger, salt and cooking wine; steam it in a cooking steamer until the duck is thoroughly done; take it out and let it cool, remove its bones and cut it into halves; make paste by mixing the minced chicken, egg white, corn flour paste, gourmet powder, cooking wine and salt, put the minced walnut kernel and water chestnuts into the paste, then, spread the paste over the inside wall of the duck's chest. Pour cooking oil into a pan, put in the duck when the oil is hot and fry it in deep oil until it becomes crisp. Take the duck out and let the remaining oil drip from the duck. Then, cut it into long cubes and have them arranged on a plate, spread some minced rape around the duck.

DIRECTIONS: Take it as dishes.

EFFICACY: Replenishing the kidney and arresting seminal emission, warming the lung to relieve Asthma, loosening the bowel to relieve constipation.

INDICATIONS: Deficiency of the kidney, manifested as cough, pain in the waist, Impotence, Seminal Emission, Constipation, stranguria caused by the passage of urinary stone.
