Spleen meridian starts from medial aspect of big toe then along medial side of foot and passes anterior aspect of medial malleolus then runs obliquely upper side of medial malleolus to tibia and runs upward, it intersects liver meridian at 8 cun up medial malleolus and ascends to posterior side of tibia then passes medial aspect of knee joint and medial side of thigh into abdomen.

Crossing meridians and collaterals of spleen meridian of foot-taiyin:
Spleen meridian crosses kidney meridian and liver meridian at Sanyinjiao (SP6) acupoint, crosses stomach meridian at Gongsun (SP4) acupoint and connects with stomach meridian at Yinbai acupoint.

Origination acupoints of spleen meridian of foot-taiyin:
Jimen, Xuehai (SP 10), Yinlingquan, Diji, Lougu, Sanyinjiao, Shangqiu, Gongsun, Taibai (SP3), Dadu, Yinbai.

Distribution lines of collateral of spleen meridian of foot-taiyin:
Collateral of spleen meridian diverges two branches at Gongsun acupoint which is at medial side of foot. One branch crosses stomach meridian and another branch ascends the regular meridian into abdomen.

Distribution lines of divergent collateral of spleen meridian of foot-taiyin:
Divergent collateral of spleen meridian diverges two branches from 1/2 of medial side of thigh. One branch crosses stomach meridian and another branch floats along divergent collateral of stomach meridian to abdomen.
