[Location] Localized in the erect sitting position, at the post-occipitalia, along the hinder margin of ear lobe to the junction of Fengchi (GB20).( Fig.85 )
 
[Regional Anatomy] Skin→subcutaneous tissue→sternocleidomastoideus→musculus splenius capitis→longest muscle of head. Superficial layer, the distribution of the branch  of great auricular nerve; deep layer, the distribution of cervical artery and vein.
