[Location] Localized in the supine position or erect sitting position, in the middle of superciliary arch, below margo supraorbitalis. (Fig.80)
 
[Regional Anatomy] Skin→subcutaneous tissue→museulus orbicularis oculi→between margo supraorbitalis and eye globe. Superficial layer, the distribution of the supratrochlear nerve from the supratrochlear nerve, the branches or the subordiantial ramus of the supraorbital artery and vein; deep layer, the branches or the subordiantial ramus of the ophthalmic artery and vein, the branches of ophthalmic nerve and the branches of oculomotor nerve.
