What is lymphedema, any natural remedy for lymphedema?

Lymphedema is a pathological accumulation of fluid containing protein, microorganisms and debris which occurs when lymphatic vessels are obstructed or impaired. This condition causes edema (swelling) in the tissues of the affected arms or legs. Oxygen flow is also reduced in the transport system resulting in a culture medium for bacteria causing various infections.

Instructions:
1.Ginger
Ginger is very effective in reducing the swelling and inflammation. It abounds in antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties which are very useful in lymphedema.It also heals the damaged lymph nodes and restores their function. Grate a big piece of fresh ginger and add it to a cup of boiling water. Steep for ten minutes then strain the infusion and drink three times daily.

2. Fish Oil
Fish oil besides being rich in omega 3 fatty acids and other valuable nutrients is also rich in anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties.It brings quick relief in the swelling and removes the stiffness from the wrists and ankles. Its antioxidant properties detoxify the body and enable it to combat infections. Take one teaspoon of fish oil twice daily or you can also take two capsules of fish oil every night before going to bed. 

3. Green Tea
Green tea is famous worldwide for its miraculous healing and curative powers. It is full of powerful antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties which cure a vast number of diseases and disorders. It detoxifies the body by removing all the harmful toxins and impurities from it and reduces the swelling very quickly.Regular use will soon bring your limbs back to their normal size and the tightness will vanish. Boil a cup of water and steep a teaspoon of green tea into it for ten minutes. Then strain the infusion, add a teaspoon of honey and drink three times daily.
