Grate a big piece of fresh ginger and add it to a cup of boiling water. Steep for ten minutes then strain the infusion and drink three times daily.

Fish oil besides being rich in omega 3 fatty acids and other valuable nutrients is also rich in anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties.It brings quick relief in the swelling and removes the stiffness from the wrists and ankles. Its antioxidant properties detoxify the body and enable it to combat infections. Take one teaspoon of fish oil twice daily or you can also take two capsules of fish oil every night before going to bed.
