How to treat presbyopia by foot massage

This is a gradual impairment of vision in people over 50 years of age with normal far vision but blurred near vision, atigue of the eyes with heaviness of eyelids, headache, distention of eyes, and blurred vision after reading or writing for a long time can also be treated by foot therapy.
   
Treatment:
Foot massage: The massage can be applied to eye (8), shoulder (10), neck (7), liver (18), kidney (22) and reproductive gland (36) reflecting areas (Fig. 112).
Eye fatigue can be quickly relieved after a basic massage on the sole for 10 minutes, and then a massage on the proximal part of the toes.
   
Foot acupuncture:
1) Meridianal acupoints: At Lidui (ST 45), Shugu (BL65), Zulinqi (GB41),
Diwuhui  (GB  42), Zuqiaoyin (GB 44), Shenmai (BL62), Zhiyin (BL 67), Zhaohai (KI 6), Xingjian (LR2), Taichong (LR 3), a balanced reinforce-reducing acupuncture technique is applied, the needles are retained for 30 minutes, and sparrowpecking moxibustion with a burning cigarette can also be applied.

2) Foot acupoints: A gentle acupuncture stimulation can be applied at Head and face (FA-P 1), Liver (FA-P 9) and Kidney (FA- P14) acupoints, the needles are retained for 30 minutes, and moxibustion may also be applied.
