1. Egg Yolk
Egg yolk is the best source of biotin. Biotin also known as vitamin B7 is a crucial nutrient required for tissue development, healthy skin and fatty acid utilization in the body. It curbs the overproduction of sebum and brings relief from dermatitis.
Biotin reduces the inflammation and promotes healthy skin and prevents hair loss. Egg yolk also contains other B vitamins which are needed to remove the itchy flakes and maintain a healthy skin. Separate the white of two eggs. Mix the yolk in a cup of milk and drink it every morning.
2. Neem
Neem has worked wonders in the treatment of all kinds of skin diseases and disorders. Its antifungal and antibacterial properties destroy all types of microbes rapidly and heal the skin most efficaciously. Put to boil enough water as to enable you to bathe with it.
Take a neem branch lush leaves and put it in the boiling water. Boil for five minutes and allow the water to cool a little. Bathe with this water from head to toe. Continue bathing with neem water daily till all traces of infection have vanished.
